Bruce Ross-Shannon

JD 1977, University of Southern California; AB 1973, Stanford University. Phi Beta Kappa. Bruce Ross-Shannon concentrates his practice in the area of commercial real estate and development including purchases, sales, exchanges and leases of commercial, industrial and retail properties. In connection with these transactions Bruce assists clients with tax-deferred exchanges, zoning, annexation, leasing and financing. Bruce is a member of the Winnebago County Bar Association (President 2004/2005), Illinois State Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, and California Bar Association (inactive). Bruce served many years as a trustee and officer of the Natural Land Institute, a regional land trust, is active in environmental causes and has been a Commissioner of the Illinois Nature Preserves Commission (Chairman 2006-2007).
